- Incorrect or misleading vehicle information.
- Booking, payment, cancellation, or refund issues.
- Test-drive, inspection, dealer, or customer-support conduct.
- Account, privacy, KYC, consent, or data-deletion concerns.
- Finance/insurance referral or third-party handoff concerns.
- Intellectual-property, unlawful-content, or impersonation reports.
3. Review process
HonestDrive will record the complaint, acknowledge it within the legally required or published period, investigate relevant records, and communicate a response or request for more information.
Complex matters involving a bank, payment provider, dealer, lender, insurer, public authority, or suspected fraud may require additional time. The user should receive progress updates rather than silence.

5. Abuse of the process
HonestDrive may consolidate duplicate complaints and reject threats, harassment, forged evidence, or complaints submitted to obtain an unlawful benefit, while still preserving legitimate legal rights.
