1. Eligibility

• The driver must be at least 18 and hold a valid licence for the vehicle class.
• HonestDrive or the dealer may request identity and licence verification before releasing the vehicle.
• A person who appears impaired, medically unfit, unsafe, or unable to satisfy verification may be refused a test drive.

2. Scheduling

A selected slot is subject to vehicle, staff, location, weather, and road availability. HonestDrive may reschedule or cancel a slot for safety, operational, or vehicle-availability reasons.

Customers should cancel or request rescheduling as early as possible.

3. Safety rules

• Follow traffic laws, speed restrictions, the agreed route, and staff instructions.
• Use seat belts and do not use a handheld phone while driving.
• Do not permit an unauthorized person to drive.
• Do not race, tow, carry prohibited items, drive off-road, or test the vehicle recklessly.
• Immediately report warning lights, damage, collision, police contact, or another safety concern.

4. Damage and incidents

HonestDrive or the dealer will inform you of the vehicle's insurance position before the drive. Traffic penalties incurred during the drive, and any loss or damage caused by your misuse or negligence, are your responsibility to the extent permitted by law; deductibles, uninsured loss, and third-party claims are handled in accordance with applicable law and the vehicle's insurance terms.

Nothing should make a customer liable for pre-existing damage or ordinary mechanical failure not caused by misuse.

5. Personal belongings and feedback

Users are responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. HonestDrive may request optional feedback or a rating after the test drive and may moderate abusive or unlawful content.
